Walking past One Bloor East today and thought I saw what appeared to be work on at least three upper retail units on the west facing side, at the southern most part of the building. I would have thought it was just tidying up the space for possible leasing, except it seemed like they were sectioning off portions and doing decorative drywalling over and above what you'd expect for simple fixing up. Has anyone heard anything about something going in upstairs? This is the area directly above Chick-fil-A.
