What is the rule regarding green roofing in Toronto? Is there any regulation for residential towers, or is it only a requirement of office towers? Curious, as this doesn't appear to have as much green roof as many of the new office builds down in Southcore.

This is a nice tower. I think most cities that we see as having superior architecture to Toronto on average would likely be happy to have this tower. I have had my relatives in town this week, and they all asked me about it on a walk, stating that they thought it was "beautiful". Not that their opinion is overly qualified when it comes to architecture. I mention it only because they are from Europe which many often see as having a higher architectural standard.
