More so in the coming 10 years than the last 10.
Five doesn't make a dent in the in the skyline.
If you draw a line from X2 to the right and Scotia Tower, buildings are going to be at least 55s plus to get up to that line. Pace is about 35% from that line.

Two levels above where the glass is now installed, you can see what appears to be a mechanical room of some sort. The walls have been re-inforced with concrete blocks.

This thing is starting to look huge from Yonge and St. Clair. Took this pic at Yonge/Heath while biking down Yonge. Sorry for the potato quality.
I've also noticed that more and more people are noticing this building. I was walking at Yonge/Bloor at 10am and saw many people exit the subway station, immediately notice One Bloor East, and take a picture.
