Whoops, sorry about that. Looks like the reason it's not in there is that the number doesn't seem to be published anywhere, including not in the zoning amendment bylaw in this case. Not sure why not, but this did take a convoluted route through the approvals process and not all of the typical numbers are included in the documents that are on the City's website.

I think it just looks narrow because the wooden fence is blocking quite a bit of space on that ramp. I'm sure with mirrors, it is sufficient space and visibility for 2 way traffic.
