We have been following the activity at the side-by-side construction sites of Plaza's Musée Condos and Harhay's oneeleven Condos, two condominium developments on Adelaide Street West, at Bathurst in Toronto's hip King West district. When we last checked in on the neighbouring development sites back in January, work had begun on the ground floor of oneeleven, while there was just one below-grade level left to build at Musée.
Since our last visit to the site, Musée has hit grade too, and work is now under way on the first above ground levels of the 17-storey, Quadrangle Architects-designed condominium development.
At the time of our visit, concrete was being poured at the east side of the site, while form work to create the second level had begun on the west side of the site.
Next door at oneeleven, two above-grade levels have been poured, with work on the third level now under way. Work is advanced at the south end as completed third level walls now support fourth floor slab forms. The Core Architects-designed development will also rise to 17 storeys.
Additional information and renderings can be found in our Musée and oneeleven dataBase files, linked below. Want to talk about the projects? Choose one of the associated Forum thread links, or leave your comment in the space provided at the bottom of this page.
