The outdoor swimming pool on the 3rd floor on the southwest corner of the building will be awfully dark.

Here's a photo of the black precast cladding of the podium that was just installed:

Great progress! Last time they I checked, occupancy was still on track for July 2016. Anybody know of delays? Or can tell by the progress currently?

Really puts the area into perspective and you can see so many of the other developments going up.

Yeah, that's a great shot. I've never seen things from that perspective. Shows how the entertainment district is starting to frame the west side of the downtown. Awesome stuff.
