I completely forgot about the project on the old Honest Ed's site. Slipped my mind, until I just saw this thread at the top of the forum.

Based on what I'm seeing on the latest photos posted, this is definitely something special. Kudos to everyone who designed and green lighted this project. In this "white hot" real estate market, it would have been all too easy to just approve any glass box proposal and start watching the money roll in.

I need to take a trip to Toronto and see these in person.

The development also blends in with the Alternative Thinking holdout well.

More developments need to look fresh yet blend in with any potential holdouts.
Yes, the black and white cladding blends with the holdout. But it would be nice if they can clean out the facade of the holdouts - at least repaint it.
