This project has got to be one of the slowest builds in recent memory. It’s like the construction workers are splitting their time between 1 Cumberland and this project...
 
It does seem slow, but they also had one of the more complicated excavations of any recent build I can think of, along with terrible conditions for site logistics. I assume it'll better now that they're out of the ground and have some room to play with
 
If they clad this thing in curved glass and choose a striking colour scheme it could be stunning.
