Wow this has to be the slowest 25 storey bldg. to go from excavation to street level, 22 months and counting

It is probably the tightest site in the GTA. not much room to do much of anything. I'm sure that effects the timelines, especially since they had to dig so deep for this.

No-one should forget how long the Cumberland at Yorkville Plaza took to make it back to ground level: that was also an incredibly show rise until they cleared the podium levels. Around 30 months for that.
