Sure they do, they were hired by Tribute, so they delivered what Tribute wanted.

i wish the city could set a certain criteria for the quality of buildings. i know we have discussed it a million, it's not gonna happpen. just saying.

It's bad, but at least the renderings weren't deceptive. Maybe once the balcony guards are installed it will look a bit better. Maybe.

Should change the name of this p.o.s. square to Carte Blanche Square. We have carte blanche to do whatever we want to it because nothing could possibly make it either uglier or better looking. It has achieved peak decrepitude.

What is wrong with cladding, looks normal to me, same as Harbour plaza, Bisha or other highly prized buildings.
I think after balconies installed it will look good.
