Hi guys, I saw units on the 25th floor and below are already occupied. Does anyone know how much the monthly occupancy fee is for a 1 bedroom unit? When is the final closing date?

July 9: Major work on the King Street sidewalk, with the traffic on King Street being held while pedestrians are directed to the north sidewalk on King Street to get around the construction.

Just wonderful to see these facades properly cleaned up, if the streetscape is 1/2 way decent this will be quite good..

I have to say, when @AHK and @PMT are on a roll on the same night, keeping up with them is a calorie-burner.

Love how the heritage planners decided it was important to "restore" 2.5 storeys of the old facades but the ground floor elevation was a free-for-all.

King Street sidewalk work continuing.

Monday afternoon, July 21. Very active crew working on the replacement sidewalk in front of Maverick, among other things, installing the formwork for the new concrete. Lot of supplies on site as well.

someone should inform Hydro to do their utility cuts and asphalt patches here before it's too late!
