There were some workers on site today, some were on the top floor of poured concrete. It looks like they be starting to resume construction.

I couldn't get a shot, but they have definitely formed another floor after the long wait. So this thing is visibly moving again

July 18th 2019, I can confirm that it's an active site,they were doing a concrete pour today.

As far as precast concrete and brick goes, this is looking pretty decent. Hope they use good quality glass.
