an artisanal coffee shop would be good for the retail portion in the base and would help take the load off Dineen nearby. As a resident in the area, i'd rather that over the Parasuco shown in the renders a while ago IIRC (which of course was a placeholder)
And I'd love to see 205 Yonge St incorporated somehow into Massey Hall.

Notwithstanding its (relatively minor) imperfections, the Massey Tower is a decently executed building. The curvatures are very sleek, and the historical restoration has been done in good taste. I'm particularly fond of the crown and lighting. A complete antidote to the muddled mess that is YC Condos.
