What jumped out at me was Grid. Totally stands out.

The contrast between the white and dark cladding really makes Grid pop. The balcony glass on Massey doesn't have the same stark whiteness to it and the darker cladding on the north side isn't quite dark enough to create a similar effect.

Most excited for the podium cladding to get started. Can really take this building to the next level if done right.
