Great pictures thecharioteer!

I don't actually have huge hopes for this project. The design itself is OK but if that cladding isn't amazing, this one will be a bust. Some renders look great, some don't, and usually we get the worse looking render.
 
Really? How can you tell what quality of cladding they are going with from the renders? I think it will end up looking great, and I think it's pretty hard to tell at this stage without seeing the cladding in reality.
 
Based upon the developer's and architect's project up the street (FIVE), I think this will probably turn out great.
 
I disagree. Im not a big fan of how Five condos is turning out. It looks poorly executed with the greyish glass and you can see the separation of floors or whatever that is. So Im just as skeptical for Massey Tower.
