if you're talking about the south side of QQ, the parking lot is closed now and construction is starting, but I don't think it's a very high building that is going in

I think the other poster was referring to the parking lot next to the "parkette" and ramp at York Street which is on the north side of Queens Quay.

Canada Square will be on the south side of Queens Quay, next door to QQ Terminal Building & Harbourfront Centre which are a bit away from Maple Leaf Square.
