crafted in cake. Maple Leafs mascot Carlton the Bear and Toronto Marlies
mascot Duke the Dog, plus more than 800 purchasers will be on hand to mark the
occasion.
BACKGROUND: Maple Leaf Square is a privately owned $400 million
development and Canada's only fully integrated sports and entertainment
complex. Toronto's fastest-selling 872 unit two-tower residential condominium
is now more than 90 per cent sold, and was named 2006 GTHBA Community of the
Year - recognized for providing the best quality of life enhancing aspects.
Maple Leaf Square is anchored by retail space comprised of a 47,500 sq.
ft. Longo's grocery store; a two MLSE restaurants - fine dining and high-tech
sports themed restaurant and bar; sports retail store; broadcast studio and
theatre; plus a day care centre, and a 171 room boutique hotel. The complex
also offers 171,395 sq. ft. of leasable office space.
