LOL! It was some kind of Canadian beer.. must just be the lighting ;) Don't think I could afford to be a regular there though :D

It's interesting to note that many new mid-rise and high-rise condominiums such as MLS don't have covered balconies on the top floor, usually premium penthouse suites. Perhaps that's a plus for some people but I'd never want a balcony that isn't protected from the elements. I'm mixed on terraces, I think I'd be fine with an uncovered terrace so long as I had a backup balcony to spend time on in inclement weather.
