M1 is at floor 60 and M2 at 57/58 based on the elevators numbers and floors above those numbers that I shot today.

I am not aware of any current plans for the site. It is a rather large site similar in size to the YMCA lands across the street which are slated to host 5 towers.

The whole site was to be different than it is todays decades ago. The current building is only haft of what it was to be due lack of office space needs.
Based on what taking place these days, wouldn't be surprise the tower is torn down and replace with 3/4 towers taller than it is now as well mix use. Can see 4 towers with 2 residential only on Webb, one residential on Burnhamthrope as well one mix office and residential or office in a 10 floor podium only on Burnhamthrope.
M City change the vision of council for the better and open the door to taller buildings on Burnhamthrope than the max 35s slopping down to 15s.
If @bangkok or other drome folks zoom in on the elevators to get clear shots of numbers and the amount of floors above then, we will have true count numbers of floor. Both towers are officially the tallest in Mississauga until later 2023 when M3 pass them..

Shots from Confederation Parkway… nice street wall starting to build up here…
The podiums are covered in patterned, probably laser-cut aluminum on the upper storeys (maybe someone knows for sure? I'm trying to catch up with so much right now…) while at ground level, there's coloured glass on the clerestories. First, a close up of that glass from the presentation centre, then the podium bases:
And looking south along Confederation Parkway, where even though the streets are too wide, this is a cool section. The Zeidler (and Richmond)-designed podiums on Parkside Village Residences are quite good.
Finally, from Mistersauga City Hall, which has a great square in front of it.
It's hard not to keep snapping these towers, they look amazing IRL.

Dropped by this afternoon and the floor of 57 is being poured on the south tower. I couldn't get a decent shot of the north tower since. Photos will follow in the next few days. Logged a ton of flight time today so lots of photos of various projects to post!
