The sold out Lotus Condominiums is slated for completion in 2018, with construction reaching the 8th floor in September. Chestnut Hill expects the building to be topped off by the end of the year. The grade-level retail and commercial space at Lotus was sold in September.

I wasn't sure that Sheppard Avenue was still there (no photos in months) so I decided that in a middle of the snow, I'd go check. It's still there, and Lotus looks topped out to me.

January, 2018
Chestnut Hill topped off the sold-out Lotus Condominiums in November. A firm occupancy date has been set for July 2018.

Lotus Condominiums is in the process of being closed up with windows and interior work is underway. The building was topped off at the end of 2017 and occupancy for the residents is scheduled to begin in the summer of 2018. All units have been sold.

Window installation at Lotus condos is complete. Interiors finishes are being completed in the suites and the project remains on target to begin occupancy later this summer.
