Nice shot. But man, that whole area needs a lot of work...

Though you (or we) may question some of their activities and projects the area IS being worked on by Waterfront Torontro. Corus may be boring but the two parks (Sherbourne and Sugar Beach) being built in 2009/10 are going to be great and I live in hopes that the new George Brown campus will be 'iconic'.

At the pace it's going. I would say 25 years.

Speaking of trees, that area bounded by Front, Jarvis, Yonge & the train tracks has to be one of the more treeless areas of the city.
