you think one more level will take a month? I would say end of the month is more likely.
I'm glad we have cladding on Trump to watch now because as this starts to rise I will be anxious to see its cladding but that is WAY off from now.

As a purchaser, before Christmas I received a newsletter update by email which was sent to me by the Shangrila. It is not a common occurance but I received the update in Dec 2009. I am not sure if I still have it but if you wish it, you can message me and I will look for it and if I have it send you a copy. Alternatively, you could call the Shangrila and ask them and I am sure they would email you a copy.
found the thread. I have copied and pasted the relevant section:
Shangri-La Toronto. We will finish the underground parking facility by the end of December, with 20 percent of our concrete and reinforcing steel installed. Living Shangri-La Toronto will be reaching the construction milestone of being at grade by end of January, 2010.
