Thats pretty standard in terms of number of elevators. Encore @ The Met has 3 elevators for a 32 storey building, and Luna at Cityplace has 3 elevators for an almost 40 storey building. Quantum North has 3 elevators for the first 30 or so floors, and seperate elevators for the top 20 floors.

That's the kind of sloppy planning that frustrates me when I encounter it on the street, even if it's a new community and few people use the "street".
