FYI - they've re-named the project Lighthaus Brockton - I got into the sales centre yesterday and they are pretty spectacular. I posted all the scoop in a new blog:

hey, when you were at the sales center did they tell you the depth of the outdoor yards? I assume the width depends on the width of the unit one's bought but I'm curious about how deep they are? looks about 10-12 feet in the renderings but I was wondering if they provided that info

Who cares about the name. The buildings themselves are very well designed. My only issue is the location. Near the rail corridor is not my idea of fine living.

I for one would not want to live next to the rail corridor. Too noisy and polluted.

Then there is a big chunk of downtown you should be actively avoiding.

Thought I saw cars outside and the lights on but could have just been people parking there . Seems like a waste to keep property like that right on Queen vacant.

The project is being re worked by Great Gulf into another type of residential development. Not sure what, but that's what i heard
