I think the architect is Steve Walsh with Quadrangle. It's on hold. (Based on some googling)

I just popped into the office (reference photo above) the other day as I just so happened to be walking by. There are definitely quite a few number of units (even 1-bedrooms) available and the builder is currently offering discounts on all models. They are still hoping for a 2015 completion date so we'll see how it goes.
