you can also check out Emerald City condos in proximity too ... if you don't mind the area that is ~ that is very affordable too

Seriously, they need to build that all Plexiglas tower. I say they build it as in the model and then put a bunch of massive Herons in there. It'll be a huge aviary.
Quite good looking for a G+C project. I may have to be less intemperate when referring to G+C in the future.
