This doesn't look bad at all. I'm wondering if YC is going to have the same effect, as it works with a similar white/black pattern.

I'm not feeling it. Part of it is the bulky massing, most of it is the awful spandrel heavy podium but, some of it belongs to the black and white horizontal stripes. It lacks the elegance of other novelty designs in the city. For GC, can't really complain.
