With the changes to the planning act preventing CoA applications 2 years after zoning approval, the sort of flexibility like that will create some issues. Or in this case, just a shorter building.

I love the concept but i don t like the choice of color.
The transition from black to white is not done correctly.
There most be harmony in all.
It the most important aspect in architecture.
I prefer Exhibit residence, because there is more harmony in the color.
It just my opinion.

Tower is nice, base/podium is terrible IMO.

I like the podium as a separate entity, to me it looks more like a row of townhouses.

As stjames2queenwest stated, I like the podium in its own entity, but IMO, the tower doesn't mesh too well with what the podium provides. Still, neat look for the tower.
