Look beside the scotia bank sign. The gap is uneven.

That's the two-storey penthouse which they haven't started glazing yet

The vertical line /south-west corner/ above the penthouse appears to be a bit offline. Most likely by installing the glazing on the west side this difference will disappear and the line will be ok.

It's possible it's just the angle the picture was taken at.
