Drove by yesterday and they took one of the tower cranes down on the east tower and have a derrick set up

There's gotta be a ban on clear glass balconies IMO 
. Unless the walls are gorgeous, which they often aren't, have opaque or somewhat translucent, but not transparent glass.
When I see it, I almost always think nothing's there and the building's still under construction lol.
