no kidding. Almost hard to believe IBI can put stuff out like this as well as stuff like what they are doing with Centrecourt. I understand the developer is likely largely to blame here, but still..

Somehow the renderings omit the mud-coloured spandrels, and the marketing bumpf also somehow does not manage to highlight mud as the building's architectural inspiration… and yet there it is, just the first of what will be acres of high-rise mud cladding. How they missed their chance to wow potential purchasers with the promise of owning in Toronto's tallest, grandest mudhuts, I will never know…

I mean, given that Kingdom is only one level off of a full-on, Christian, multi-level-marketing scam, I'm not entirely surprised...But still, it sucks the City has to bear this garbage for the next 50 years until it gets torn down or we all die in the global water wars...
