King's Club has turned out to be a pleasant surprise. The massing and form as revealed by Interchange's photos from above are excellent. I am also impressed by the surface treatment on the bare walls. I did not have high expectations for this one. Urban Capital and Kasian get points for this one.

It did turn out nicely, but the developer is First Capital, not Urban Capital. I believe the previous developer was Urbancorp before they went belly up, so it's confusing!

There is only one owner.... First Capital. It loses out on rental income, but there is no flipping to be had.
