This isn’t surprising. There isn’t really a drug store in the immediate area (other than Metro) and people like convenience stores to be... convenient.

Sorry, no photos but (my least favourite opening for a post!) Kings Club’s stone veneer and CorTen accent are looking amazing. This’ll make a good stop for someone with a close up lens soon on a blue sky day.

CT opening delayed to Spring 2020. Original date was fall 2018. This thing is never going to open! ?

Construction delays pushed turnover. Still a lot of interior work to be done. Doesn't help that Longos needs to run servicing for their store through the space also.
As mentioned earlier, the CorTen steel and the stone veneers are looking amazing on this complex. While they're a bit heavy, I like the precast brick-pattern balcony guards adding to the material mix in the first pic below too. They add a bit of age to it all. Ride by shooting from yesterday:
