Don't mind at all! Looks great.hi @tstormers
Hope you don't mind but I tried to (accurately?) annotate my favourite mid-rise neighbourhood downtown using your great photo... it turned into a commercial for the building I'm most looking forward to (heard whispers that Allied may have moved 96 Spadina down it's to-do list see link below).

No offence, but I hope you are evicted* soon.Don't mind at all! Looks great.
I actually work in 96 Spadina lol
Haha. Well, we actually aren't moving at all. The 96 Spadina building isn't being touched and the new building is being built over top. The building behind us on Adelaide will be demolished. At least that is the information we got when we relocated here this year. If we are to move it won't be for awhile unfortunately. No offence, but I hope you are evicted* soon.
*With an option to return to this stunning reinvention of a heritage block.
Good thing Sir Elton John is unaware of the convoy protests or the possibility of Pierre Poilievre becoming PM. I really hope that Poilievre never becomes PM.sbiz.live published the interview here (sorry if they dock your pay Alex ;-):

Excerpt:
"Though he won’t be playing another Toronto gig, John will be spending much more time in the city: He, Furnish and their two sons, Zachary, 11, and Elijah, 9, have just bought a penthouse at King Toronto, the swanky complex. by renowned Danish architect Bjarke Ingels that look like stacked light boxes. Called the Treehouse, because a real tree grows inside it, John’s two-story modernist condo has four terraces and ample hanging space for the art he and Furnish collect. It will be his sixth house.
Jane Schneller: Why did you buy in Toronto?
Elton John: The main reason I go off the road is to spend more time with my family. David’s brothers and his wives and children are here. We spend much of the summer in Canada.
We just spent three weeks at Clayoquot Wilderness Lodge in BC We watched bears, fished, hiked, kayaked, all that good Canadian stuff. [J.S. note: Elton John in a kayak! The mind reels.] In England we live in Windsor, so the boys find Toronto dynamic. Also, there is a lot of division in the world: Britain is withdrawing from the EU, America is struggling with its identity. But Canada is moving forward, embracing diversity, accepting other cultures.
JS: Sir Elton does 100 shows a year, and David directs it. How does the thought of going off the road feel?"
