One thing that has really struck me about Karma is how short it looks for its height (166m) when standing at ground level up-close, when comparing it to something like ROCP, which to my eyes appears much taller. I guess it's the different massings and cladding that affect the perception.

Anyway.

From today. I agree with Steve, it does look short for its height for some reason. There's some glazing up on the mechanical levels now too.

The black soffit cladding at the lower levels is an unfortunate misstep. Overall the project is very tastefully handled and looks good!
