This is turning out to be better than I expected, mostly as a result of the pretty solid material choices. Still think the massing is a bit of a mess, but I’m happy that the material quality is providing some relief to it.
 
The materials are turning out okay so far, though that massing is just unfortunate. It'll really just be a glassy massive block with the way it's going...street level be damned.
