I was just kidding. On this forum, we like to make fun of the generic Starbucks/Shoppers/nail salon type of retail that usually finds a home in condo podiums. To be clear, I have no idea what will be found in this tower, but it'll probably be something boring.

There have been consistent plans for a 30K sf grocery store on the second floor. They must have a tenant lined up.

It will be a grocery store. There's a serious dearth of them around there, which means there's a lot of money to be made.
