Yes, 8th Floor! There may be a partial lake view for the unit on the corner, but it is limited compared to the west facing units.

Ya know; if you can just ignore that glaring problem that is the retail level of the podium.....it's not 1/2 bad.

I'm not sure what code says, whether you could in any way obscure/hide those vents with say an awning? That really is unfortunate.

The retail unit windows definitely need awnings, coordinated please, along with coordinated signage. If that were accomplished (good luck, one and all), maybe that would be enough so that the vents would be distracted from: I'm not sure a bunch of non-functional awnings over vents is the way to save that ground realm.
