Oh wow... how did you get up there? Nice space but classic case of sales office over promising. Anyone remember the pitch of “you’ll be able to see a fully unobstructed lake view starting at Floor 5”... um not quite. This was Floor 6 now Floor 7 Bc of townhouse moves and still can’t see it well.

Flooring was nice. Seemed like decent quality. Had 1 gap in the middle of the room and one at my doorway. Wrote it on Tarion PDI.

On Kingston side and didn’t hear any road noise. Yes- checked plumbing and it all appeared to work. Didn’t check AC but you are covered anyway so no need to check for PDI.

Same here! So strange. We are scheduled to move in July 5 and still have not heard anything re occupancy fees.
