I suspect that scientifically, the attractiveness of the new building and the old building will average out. Science has shown that the mind averages out the attractiveness of a group of people. It might be the same with building facades, which are like the buildings' faces.

The exterior of The Harlowe is really starting to take shape with most of the windows installed and much of the brickwork complete. The project is still on track to begin occupying in the first half of the year.

Construction on The Harlowe is ahead of schedule and the exterior windows and brick are now being installed. Occupancy for the development is scheduled to begin in Q3-2018.
