Occupancy at The Harlowe is now underway with the first group of purchasers moving into their units in June. Occupancy is expected to continue through the summer as the common elements are completed in the building. Coming to the ground floor of The Harlowe is an award-winning restaurant Bauhaus, and it is scheduled to open next spring.
 
This a beautiful project. Only improvement I'd make is to use the same brick on the sides. The difference is shocking.

I assume it’s because another building will go up on the east side once Lamb has purchased all the remaining homes. On the west side is that yellow brick building. But you’re right, at least on that side, they might have splurged and bricked it.
