This project is turning out to look quite nice! I'm impressed. My sister bought a unit here, and while they're behind schedule it's looking good (at least from the outside). Finally maybe there'll be some life on Wilson.

the building looks nice, i wish they keep their window frames in black.. the rendered image has white frames..

i am wondering what retail shops are going to be there on first floor.

Down to one crane on site and that for the west building.

All the hording is down except for the west building.

As much as I disliked the other Malibu buildings ... Gramercy Park is turning out to be quite a suprise, nicely done !!

Progress update for March 22, 2012 - with a few pictures
The second phase started receiving windows , already working on the 4th floor
Lobby of the building starts to reshape with Windows being installed

Today they work already on the West building ( Phase II ) installing windows on 5th floor

Yesterday April 4 they took part of the tower crane down. Only middle section of the crane was left.

This shot is from April 5 when they took the middle part of the crane apart and also all the remaining frames from the crane base out of the elevator shaft
