I greatly respect what Evergreen does, but I wouldn't want to live across the street from them and the continual knots of kids smoking on the sidewalk.
I am socially conscious as well, Bruvyman and agree with your sentiment. However we are talking about the Carriage Trade who are purchasing these units, so you must imagine what they would prefer. (After all, they are buying to impress their friends more than for themselves and it's difficult to impress your friend when a squeegee-kid is wiping the windshield of his RR Phantom outside your condo as he arrives to visit you.)
I AM I'd rather spend some of my 50 mil in a fantastic PH at X2 or the new 42 Charles Street East proposal (assuming it will be at least 220 meters to the top).
If you spend your money at 42 Charles, then you will be right next door to Sanctuary. I wouldn't say that's any better than being next door to Evergreen.
Four Seasons from Yonge, s. of St. Clair. When I was walking down Yonge Street and this came into view, it's so dramatic in person it made me smile. I'm not really a skyscraper geek but for a few minutes today I sure was.

edit: I just caught up on this thread and saw that Redroom posted almost the same photograph, among many other terrific shots, yesterday. Sorry!
