When it says there will be three buildings, do they mean the two buildings already being constructed to the east of the lot, plus the Newton? Or will there actually be the three buildings in that open area?

Forward is at the east end of the site. Newton is at the west end of it. The shortest of the buildings, 8 storeys, will be mid-way along the block on the north side of it. It remains to be released.
