Ya, I guess it's kind of odd to show it that way with brick vs. the clear plastic block at the north east corner...but I'm guessing that an 18 storey building will be at that location. Maybe they are showing towns/live works here...and a building will be above them.

I wouldn't get your hopes up for red brick in whatever gets built facing Bathurst. I think in the model above it's just a placeholder.
 
Soon, one day a building will stand were there is now empty space.

The word today is that Lumen is being redesigned with more affordable units, and will be returned to the market after Newton, being launched today, sells out. The Newton thread is here.

I was hoping they would relaunch as is :( I had my mind set on a unit and was looking at purchasing it.
