That's my main complaint about this building. Ground floors should not look like you have to duck to enter them. Absolute minimum ground floor heights for such buildings on prominent streets should be 4 metres.

Otherwise, the cladding design is just fine here.

I don’t find this building ugly.. I think it looks modern and different in my opinion... but than again there is people that don’t even like modern architect or futuristic .. I don’t understand them, and who cares about them Lol.

I don't think any of us judged the interior. It was the exterior and I still think it's a fail.
