But in reality, the north elevation, especially how it hits grade, is a fire-able offense. The compressed height is unbelievably bad. Whether it's on the design, planning or client side, someone has to be held accountable for that.

I remember attending a community consultation meeting many years ago and they said the space is supposed to be for a public garden and gallery for the Thomson family art collection.

I don't believe they've finalized on the design, but yes I'd imagine something to a similar extent is what will be planned.

I second the praise for the wayfinding. Any idea who did the signage design? In-house at Architects Alliance, or the landscape consultant?
