Yup was looking at units here and because none of them have balconies, I just peaced out

There are a few units with balconies I think on the east side facing Dalhousie, and on the north side. They might be for amenities though, not sure.

I suppose there's advantages and disadvantages to not having them. So yes, better view...but it would suck if you wanted to barbeque something.
