M1 and M2 at M City are the tallest finished buildings in Mississauga at 197.8m tall.

M3 at M City is the only tower that breaks 250m, coming in at 260.3m tall. The tallest Exchange District tower is 232m.

All that is true. But we have zero height limits and nothing to artificially protect like the CN Tower so the sky is the limit. Maybe one day OKC style.
 
Yeah would be crazy to see a 300 plus go up in Mississauga would be even funnier because as you said there would be no height limits to protect aesthetics so technically could go taller

Anyways there’s two 70 floors under construction with three more ready to go. And then this hypothetical 85. That’s absurd for such a small place and in a small area.

Let's see how much Mississauga is able to push up in terms of height. We're finally seeing the projects that were proposals for more than a decade finally come to fruition.

Tho, just because there are no height limits doesn't mean there's reason to build taller. OKC seems to be an outlier! Maybe we'll get our own version in 'Sauga? Who knows!
