This is moving at a glacial speed. Cladding hasn't progressed in like 3 months, and it takes about 3 weeks to complete each floor. At least it's close to topping off now.

What you don't see in the pics is how the white cladding panels are stained dirty and watermarked. In person it looks like it's covered in used poster board.

Not that the panels won't get somewhat dirty in the future, but construction is a particularly dirty job with piles of concrete dust kicked up during it. Sometime after the exteriors are complete, it will all likely be given a power wash.

From the way this building is designed, having no windows facing west. Im thinking they already know the building at the corner at Church and Wellesley west of it will be developed and block the view anyways. Is there a project proposed for that site already?
